What We Offer
A structured half day, built for dogs who need real skill-building
Train and Play isn't drop-in daycare, it's an ongoing program for dogs who benefit from consistency, structure, and training reinforcement alongside their playtime. Dogs are grouped by temperament after a required assessment, so every group is set up to succeed together.
Train and Play may be a good fit for you if:
Your dog needs continued work on calmness, polite greetings, or safe interactions with other dogs- not just a place to run around
You want training reinforced consistently, not just practiced once a week in a private session
Your dog does well with structure and benefits from a predictable routine
You want peace of mind that your dog's day includes real engagement, not just supervision
A typical day
Enrichment, movement, and training -all in one half day
Every Train and Play session blends real training with real play, so your dog leaves both worked and worked on.
Enrichment Activities
Mental stimulation built into the day, not an afterthought because a dog whose brain is engaged is a calmer, happier dog.
Supervised Play
Off-leash play time in small, temperament-matched groups, with trained staff watching closely and monitoring throughout. Play sessions are short and deliberate.
Group Walks
Structured group walks that build focus and calm leash skills in a real-world group setting.
Training Sessions
Focused work on calmness, polite greetings, and safe interactions with other dogs, along with other skills tailored to the group.
How the program works
Small groups. Real supervision. A certified trainer at the helm.
Train and Play is run by a certified dog trainer and staffed by specially trained team members, with a minimum of 1 staff member for every 4 dogs. Before joining, every dog completes a temperament assessment so we can place them in the group where they'll thrive; and where the group as a whole can thrive together.
Train and Play runs every Monday and Wednesday, and because dogs benefit so much from the consistency, we ask that dogs commit to attending both days each week. It's an ongoing program. No minimum term, just a standing part of your dog's week for as long as it's working for you.
Why Choose Us
Training that doesn't stop when the session ends
- Led by a certified trainer, every session. This isn't daycare with a training label. It's a real program built and run by a trainer.
- Small groups, matched by temperament. Every dog is assessed and placed with dogs they'll actually do well around.
- Low staff ratio, always. A minimum of 1 staff member for every 4 dogs, so every dog gets real attention.
- Consistency your dog can feel. Twice a week, every week; the kind of repetition that actually builds lasting skills.
